When it comes to my smoking cessation clients, I ask them to fight for their health and become a true revolutionary warrior.
The reason for this is simple. If you try a passive process and expect some external force to fix your smoking habits, then your chances of success are small. This includes patches, gums, drugs and even hypnosis, and you want the therapist to solve you.
Deciding to quit smoking in a passive way is more difficult than quit smoking at least; at least you won't be disappointed.
Your subconscious mind has some very specific connections with your smoking habits. If you are passive, then there is no information in your subconscious that you are serious, or this is an important issue, your decision to quit will be truly Classified in the trash. .
I believe that you know that any valuable or important life change is worth fighting for. Fortunately, in this era, you rarely involve physical struggles. However, emotional battles can be quite large and pay for without proper support.
Hypnosis does make it easier to quit smoking and most forms of change, but it still requires your commitment and you want to be a warrior of change.
My definition of a warrior of change is a person who is determined to quit smoking. They realize they have to change and they need to change now. They take the necessary actions and do any hypnosis action given to them.
A clear example is if you are not a change warrior, or better put a person who depends on hope, aside, just to put some cigarettes aside just in case. In this case, you are doomed to fail.
The good news is that you don't have to be a separate warrior. There are many people on your trip who will support your actions, your hypnotist, doctor, and caring friends and family. Tell you what you are doing and seek support.
But pay attention to those stealth anti-reform fighters who will plan against you. It may be simple because they don't want you to be disappointed, or they are afraid that if you can't share cigarettes, you won't have so much in common, or the worst is that they just want you to fail.
I believe you know who I am talking about! So you may need some extra armor around these people.
