Why can't e-cigarette help you quit smoking?

For those trying to quit, the latest buzz is e-cigarette or e-cigarette. It seems that overnight, the industry has sprung up as a viable smoking cessation solution, and there are good reasons: e-cigarettes are not actually a cigarette, it will only ease your desire for nicotine. So, is this really a good idea?

E-cigarettes fall into the same category as nicotine patches and gums: nicotine replacement therapy. Again, it has exactly the same problem as other nicotine alternatives: it's just a band-aid that can help you quit smoking.

When I tried to quit smoking, I almost tried every trick in the book. They didn't work, and there were good reasons: when I ran out, I went back to smoking. I have never sat down to say, ' Wow, I can really choose one of the nicotine patches now!

Of course, the solution to this problem is to maintain adequate supply, no matter what alternatives you have at hand. But what happens when you go out at a bar or a friend? Everyone smokes, you don't become the one who opens the e-cigarette and needs some drag, which is high and powerful for other smokers. It doesn't make sense.

There is actually only one true way to quit smoking: willpower. Many people say that cold turkeys are the most difficult way to quit, and there are good reasons: they solve the problem in the wrong way. If you know what you are doing and step on the cigarette you want before you start, then you can give up and never look back!
