Classic hypnotic bubble for hypnotherapy or self hypnosis therapy

I think we all agree that it is a really wonderful feeling to feel safe in your body and in your own life.

Many people benefit from the kind of things I write today in all kinds of life. I mean, for example, it's not just the field of treating someone. This process is designed to establish security boundaries and strengthen decision making. It's perfect for these things, so it's a good way for hypnotherapists to start a conversation with their customers.

However, it can adapt to a wide variety of problems and has many applications.

Based on my experience and the work of most of the trainers I have worked with, and years of research, many customers respond better to treatment interventions when they feel safe, secure and controlled. If the client does not receive education about the hypnosis process, many myths around the field of hypnosis and hypnosis do inhibit this situation, which may adversely affect the outcome you want to achieve with your customers. This process helps customers feel safe in their living and therapeutic settings.

The process I am providing today is adapted from D. P. Brown [1992], as cited from

Basic points of clinical hypnosis from

 Author: Steven Jay Lynn and Irving Kirsch [2006, pp69-70]. It works for self-hypnosis, although I myself and many other hypnotherapists use it in customer sessions in most cases.

Steps to benefit from hypnotic foam

first step: Induced hypnosis. Use any method you know to hypnotize yourself, or have been taught and choose any way you like.

Second step: Start thinking about the meaning of security, security and control.

Now invest your imagination and imagine that you are in a bubble where you feel protected and controlled.

Start paying attention and perceive the quality of the bubbles created around you. So pay attention to the color; perhaps the favorite color, or the color associated with security. Maybe the color is iridescent, maybe the foam is translucent.

When you reach out and touch the bubble, if you touch it, you will feel your skin feeling. If you touch it, it will make a sound, and in the best way to attract your imagination and create a bubble, you are the most comfortable and most Attract you.

third step: Create a bubble fit. Does it fit snugly like a second skin, or is it like a big bubble that can move inside? Is there a general sense of gravity inside, or are you losing weight? Choose anything that makes you feel most at ease, comfort and freedom. Let it enhance your sense of security. Once you have created this bubble and made your own design, you can proceed to the next step, but make sure you spend all the time necessary in this step.

the fourth step: At this stage, remember and leave yourself an idea that this is your bubble. You created it. This is your safe place and you can control it in every way.

Take absolute control now and show yourself that you have complete control over this bubble.

Please note that if you use your imagination correctly, you can start moving and moving the bubbles. Note that when you think it's getting lighter and lighter, you can start moving up in the bubble. Then you can start to make yourself feel as if you are getting lighter and move up. Sometimes you may want to appreciate the changing perspective from anywhere.

Of course, the bubble can also move down, and you can now practice moving it down again.

Let it move around your command, your thoughts and imagination, and enjoy the control bubble. You may even begin to control the quality of the foam more deeply. You may want to change the color, change the texture, or make the material. You can change the thickness of the bubble and the ability to see through clearly. Take some time to practice making changes and moves with bubbles, and when you have complete control over it, then move on to the next step.

the fifth step: With this enhanced level of security and control, you must choose to let people enter or not. You choose and control if someone comes in.

In terms of this bubble, you made all the decisions. When you let them in, you can use bubbles to enhance your intimacy, or you can use it to protect you and keep them away.

If you choose to do this in a bubble, the bubble lets you share any feelings with others. Or, of course, you can protect and maintain your feelings within the safety of the bubble. Once again, you are the one who decides this.

Think and think about how wonderful the control feels at this stage, and how free you are to make all the decisions for yourself. When you do this, imagine and feel your self-confidence deepens.

The sixth step: Here, you can now take some time to relax and participate in any progressive relaxation method you know – so you can connect this relaxed feeling to this bubble every time you get back here and experience it.

Just float and bathe in this protected area and enjoy your safety and control here. As long as you need to relax in this safe environment. If you have enjoyed enough and feel some real differences, move on to the next step.

The sixth step: As you continue to imagine this growing sense of control and improve your own understanding of your decision making abilities, you will more clearly notice the distance of the bubble boundaries around you.

Please note how flexible this is and you can shorten or extend the boundary whenever you choose. Let it control your own boundaries.

Start thinking about how you will use it when you are out. Start by imagining how you will allow you to control your boundaries, keep yourself safe, and how you decide to extend your security boundaries in your life.

You will notice how it enhances your ability to make decisions in your life and how you feel safe and comfortable in the world. Every day, you'll learn more about how to feel more confident and how to choose to live your life with your skin's health and a sense of security and security.

The more you practice using bubbles, the more you work for you, the more you work for you, the work you do and keep you safe and secure, and the way you make decisions.
