Getting skin care skin is powerless

A customer recently came to see me. She is worried about her skin but has no skin care experience. The following is a fairly common situation:

– They washed with soap and water most of the time.

– They are baked in the sun, usually using baby oil and possibly iodine to "tanning".

– They never use anything on the skin, such as moisturizers or exfoliating agents.

– They only noticed some lines and pigmentation now, and hope to do something about it.

I said that at least 4/10 women described my face treatment and consultation.

Four out of four people were surprised that I would not send every skincare product home.

This is why:

– Most people can change their lives easily and successfully, but with only minor changes. Bigger changes are more difficult and may fail over time.

– The routine takes a month to complete. The simpler and simpler the routine starts, the easier it is to stick to it and it's very easy to add.

– These customers will see major changes in their skin starting with one or two very simple changes. Adding products later and creating more positive changes will make them excited.

– If the customer only gets some "try products" and gets the products from them, then the customer is much less likely to regret it. If they feel guilty, they probably won't come back or buy anything else.

– Let's face it. If you only use soap for a lifetime, skin care can be daunting. Too many products start to make it more complicated than needed.

So, if you are one of those women who are interested in looking the best, have healthy skin, and may comb the signs of aging, but now do more than just wash your face with soap every day, this is what I recommend:

First, get facials from licensed professionals. You will learn about your skin type, find out what you should be using, and have the opportunity to ask questions. In addition, the exfoliating step will have a huge impact on your skin. This removes some dead skin cells and makes your skin look fresher, younger, brighter and less dull. If you don't need to penetrate that thick layer of dead skin cells, then the product you buy will be more effective. In addition, you will feel much better on your skin. Your beautician should give you a real understanding of the possibilities of home care and professional treatment.

Next, buy two products. Start with facial cleanser. Do not wash your face with soap, which can be irritating and dry. Follow the recommendations of the esthetician about when to wash – usually in the morning and before bedtime for most skin types. The second product should be a moisturizer [humectant] with built-in SPF. You will put it on top before leaving every morning. Occasionally you will also add an evening moisturizer SPF, but this is currently the most important product. Sun damage is one of the biggest "aging factors" that can cause many skin cancers.

After about a month, you wash your face twice a day, moisturize every morning, add night cream and eye cream. Because you are used to moisturizing in the morning after washing your face, the moisturizing cream at night is easy to integrate. Eye cream is also a very simple step. Some people only use it at night, but there is no reason why you can't use it during the day to get the most out of it. If you can afford it, then taking a facial facial expert at this time should give you some good feedback and tell you about the positive changes in your skin.

Add an exfoliation in another month. This is a simple one-week step that takes only a minute or two. After washing your face, gently wipe a small piece of slightly abrasive material such as apricot seeds or loofah [this is the key – follow the instructions of the facialian]. Then rinse your face. This helps remove dead skin cells. If you can add this step as soon as possible and feel that you are not overwhelmed, please continue with this operation. Toner is a supplement that you use directly after washing your face every day, usually at night.

You may need to purchase more SPF Cleanser and Moisturizer to start your healthy, lifelong skin routine on the next month. Most of the full size in most product lines lasts 3-4 months, some are longer, and you will need to replace it later. Try not to exhaust any of them completely, so you won't break your daily work.

In short, add content in this order unless otherwise recommended:

– Cleanser and SPF Moisturizer

– Evening moisturizer and eye cream

– Exfoliating and toner every week

– serum

Your skincare program will eventually look like this:

Morning:

– Clean the face

– Apply any serum to keep it moist while it is moist

– Apply a small amount of eye cream

– Use SPF Moisturizer

Evening:

– Clean the face

– Add extra nutrients with toner and remove any cleaning products that may be missing

– Apply any serum to allow penetration

– Apply a small amount of eye cream

– Use evening moisturizer

Weekly:

– Add the exfoliating step once a week [only once a week] after cleaning

Monthly:

– Pick up any products you will be out of within a week

– If you can afford it, get a professional facial [do not exfoliate the week before the face]

If you have to make a choice, spend more on household products than on monthly facials. Think of it this way: We use our products to solve your problems every month; you have to say thirty to sixty times a month to your face. It is much more effective to use home care after the first facial than to use anything and have a facial treatment once a month.
