Never lose your voice

I recently worked with a group of trainers on voice training. One of their biggest challenges is to easily lose their voice at the end of the day.

Lost voice after a few hours of conversation is a problem many people face. I often get calls for help. You may also care about it.

The reason you lose your voice after talking in a short time is because you put too much pressure on the vocal cords [vocal cords]. To reduce stress, you must use appropriate breathing to power your voice and use your main cavities to amplify your voice.

Breathing is the power of your voice and determines the quality of your voice. Proper breathing is a prerequisite for amplifying the sound with your body cavity. Here, we mean the diaphragmatic breathing, using a diaphragm to support breathing. If you don't use a diaphragm for your breathing, you will never be able to amplify your voice with your body cavity, and you will lose your voice after talking for a while.

Once you have mastered the diaphragmatic breathing, the key to talking for hours without losing your voice is to use your body cavity to amplify your voice. Why do we use microphones for more viewers? This is to enlarge our voice. Do you realize that you have your own built-in voice amplifier that can help you hear the sound clearly without straining your vocal cords? For a week, I have five days of training and talking. On the last day, I talked to two groups of 100 people. I didn't feel any discomfort without using a microphone. This is entirely because I have effectively used my own built-in voice amplifier. You can also achieve this by learning and practicing.

Many people argue that "I can always use a microphone." The problem is that the microphone can't help you relieve the pressure on the vocal cords. If you don't pay attention to and care for your vocal cords, in the long run, you will be abused by the sound, which may cause permanent damage to your vocal cords. Learn how to breathe properly and use your own voice amplifier, not only will you not suffer from voice loss, but you will also find a fuller, richer, more resonant sound.
