Mental illness and perception

How do we define mental illness? As we all know, mental illness is increasing all over the world. Therefore, it is very important for us to understand what mental illness is and how it is produced.

In my opinion, I think mental illness is a barrier to perception. When a person loses contact with reality and begins to act in a manner unacceptable to others in society, and begins to make the society work smoothly, the person may be labeled as suffering from mental illness.

To understand mental illness, we must recognize that each of us is a conditional individual. This is inevitable, because no matter which society grows up, it will gain strong conditional effects from the cultural value system, the language and tradition of society. This means that each of us will be brainwashed by the society we live in as we grow up. It also means that each of us will have the recognized values, traditions and beliefs of the group and have some distorted views of reality from the very beginning. As time and experience force us to move forward, our ideas will change. Individuals wake up in their lives and clear these perceptions, or die from being a copy of the people around them.

Although we have some distorted views, we usually participate in our daily activities. This is because society allows us to think in a particular way. However, this normality is related to the society in which we live. Since not all societies have the same value system, they are considered correct in one society and may be considered completely wrong in another. This is our behavior acceptable in one set of circumstances, but may be completely unacceptable or inappropriate in another set of circumstances.

Thus, the degree of distortion determines the extent to which a clinical disorder of behavior and behavior manifests itself as a mental illness in an individual.

Since perception produces physiological and biochemical changes in individuals, is it not important to understand how they affect our subconscious mind and body?

Did you know that almost 96% of human body weight consists of only four elements, namely oxygen, carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen? And most of them are in the form of water.

Do you know that our thoughts can be divided into two parts: conscious and subconscious? The conscious mind that most people realize is only a small part of our daily activities. Just as our weight is mainly composed of the above four elements, more than 90% of the activities are subconscious. This is all our vital organs, such as our brain, heart, liver, kidneys and lungs, so that we are all under subconscious control. However, no one seems to be interested in understanding how our subconscious mind works and how it is negative or positively influenced by our perceptions.

The truth is that we live in a world of hypnosis. Although our conscious thinking is discriminatory to our likes and dislikes, our subconscious mind absorbs everything on its path like a sponge and is subject to various influences. This is non-discriminatory. Negative stimuli can make us feel negative, and positive stimuli can make us feel positive.

Our perceptions and how they affect our subconscious are most important before the way we feel. This is why in the consumer society, businesses, media and politicians continue to use and use themselves so that they can enhance their own interests. Yes, this is a self-centered world. We create an individual with a distorted concept, and in one's heart, responsibility for one's actions is never the most important.

So, can we rely on doctors to improve our mental health? Now, politics is a game that distorts people's ideas, not corrects them. The politician will be the last person you turn to improve your mental health.

Can we rely on the media to improve our mental health? The media relies on news, gossip and sensational effects to sell their products. How can these pranksters help you improve your mental health?

The only person we can turn to to improve our mental health is the doctor. However, hey, the medical profession seems to have been tempted by our consumer society and has given up the role of being the guardian of our physical and mental health. They turned this profession into a political bureaucracy, where they run closed stores and collude with the government to indulge in restricted trade practices. Like doctors, they try to convince themselves and the public that medicine is a precise science and can be seen as a consumer product with the same measurement standards that apply to any consumer product. Obviously, our medical leaders are misled. These pseudo-scientists should not play a political role. They should not play the morbid role of Porky Pig in playing pork chops and pork sausages on behalf of the government. This is not the self-discipline they are practicing. This is a misnomer. In my book, this is the path of self-slavery.

But just because our medical leaders' perceptions are distorted does not mean that other professionals think in the same way. Most of the doctors as a breed are independent thinkers. Most of us in this industry do not blindly follow any leader or leader, nor have academic tendencies. No matter what we do, we will remain healthy and skeptical. Most of us enter the profession and mean improving the physical and mental health of the people around us.

Therefore, in this era, there are many confused thinking, anxiety and depression in society. If you want to improve your mental health, I suggest you find a good general practitioner who can talk to them. I say a general practitioner rather than a specialist because the general practitioner is particularly interested in your welfare. Experts don't have time or tend to listen to your private affairs. This GP should have a commonsense lifestyle that must look happy and healthy. Be alert to any doctor who looks sick and unhealthy. If he can't heal himself, he can't help you.

It is clear that the external world is constantly distorting our ideas and our sanity is being tested. So if you feel stressed, angry, depressed and miserable, that means you are suffering a distorted view. This means that the world is making you sick, all you need is to change your mind.

Remember, if you look at the problem in the right way, there is no problem. If you look at it in the wrong way, everything will become a problem. So why not clear your opinion and start enjoying life? If you haven't done anything, you can only blame yourself.
