One of the problems that many Paleo Diet beginners and beginners have in almost everything is that they tend to wait until the timing is absolutely perfect before they take a new first step. This is natural; people are afraid to change. You often hear yourself or someone else say this: "I will wait until the end of the holiday, I will start exercising and eat right." Or my favorite one: "Too much health costs, I have to wait I can afford it."
The problem with this mentality is the deadline for not completing anything. The timing will never be perfect. The planets will never align and show you the signs you are looking for. The best way to get started is to do this, get started! The most effective way would be to jump in and immediately let your feet wet. Don't worry too much about perfection. We all know that perfection is impossible to achieve anyway. Here are some simple steps you can take to prepare yourself for success and lasting change through the ancient diet.
step 1
Cleaning up the refrigerator and the food room – When I first started the ancient diet, I was a hungry college student. So I naturally found out that this step is absolutely terrible! I tried to find reasons to stick to everything and thought that if I throw away my sandwich accessories, hot pockets, canned soup, ramen noodles and peanut butter, all the champion breakfast would be a waste of money! [Not really] My initial thought was to complete all the unhealthy foods and then I will start. So the problem with this idea is that it doesn't impact your system [metaphorically], which can really mean this change in your life. You can even think of it as a symbolic gesture. By cleaning up everything that doesn't fit the ancient philosophy, you effectively tell yourself, "That's it! I have put all the nonsense in my body!" Come on, then slam the strap. Don't relax, just stick to it! By sneaking into and experiencing the pain of growth, you can now prepare for a better transition in the future. Remember that the tough way is usually an easy way. Here is a simple food list and food to help you get started:
Food to be preserved
-
Grass feeding meat
-
Fish and seafood
-
fruit
-
vegetables
-
egg
-
Nuts and seeds
-
Healthy Organic Oils [Olive, Coconut, Macadamia, Avocado]
Throw away the food
-
cereals
-
beans
-
Dairy products
-
Refined sugar
-
White potatoes
-
manufactured food
-
salt
-
Refined vegetable oil
Step 2
Now that you have cleaned up all the houses that are not on the approved food list, go to the store quickly and fill in any gaps in the refrigerator and pantry you see now. Realize that your fish and seafood are rare? Still fruit and healthy oil? Fix it now. Don't think too much at this time. Many ancient diet beginners have done too much thinking and have not done enough. You can make further adjustments at any time. This is just the first step.
So you have it and let you take two steps when you start the ancient diet. You cleaned up all the bad things and replaced them with very good things. Of course this is a bit too simple, but it is really everything you start using.
good luck!
