Quit smoking – What is your smoking conflict?

Most morning, I walked by the river in my city. There are many people running and cycling. A man stands out, he is about 50 years old, wearing a full set of riding equipment. Like many riders of all ages, his tight clothes are difficult to control his waistline.

But most notably, he stopped at the same fountain for a drink and then lit a cigarette.

He painted very long and hard, as if to add some nutrients that had been exhausted by his cycling.

I often want to know what he is thinking. He seems to like smoking, but he tries to ride a bicycle most of the morning. This creates internal conflicts, which means there is a lot of pressure from mixing information.

This kind of conflict is very common for many smokers, although it is usually not so open and obvious. Many smokers are working hard to resolve this separation problem, which will separate them mentally.

I want to talk to this man, but it is not my business. Of course, I help people smoke quickly, but I believe people are free to choose, but I think this guy is a little sad, I really don't believe he is very happy.

So what is the conflict in your life, whether you are a yoga instructor for smoking, a nurse or even a doctor.

When your child knocks on the door and asks for your attention, are you a parent who smokes outside? Of course, we all need to take a break, but if you feel guilty, then this will only increase your stress.

Smoking has become a major conflict for most people. When told when and where you can smoke in a public place, the government treats you like a leper, while still collecting a large amount of cigarette tax.

In Australia, prices have risen to $40 per pack, so there is a growing and growing conflict with smoking that can be afforded. Many smokers simply can't afford cigarettes, but they give up important things in their lives.

For so many smokers, there are multiple conflicts, money, family, health, sports or career. However, when you start this dangerous journey, just a hypnosis will get you out of the trap that the big smoke company has laid for you.
