The best way to quit smoking: fasting

Most smoking cessation books, maybe everyone will not tell you what I will tell you next. Fasting is one of the best ways to quit smoking, if not the best. It will provide you with everything you need to quit smoking. Many of us feel that we can't quit smoking, but we can. We fast, so God will give us what we finally give up.

You should fast for three days to quit smoking. Quickly add brown rice and water or carrot juice for three consecutive days. If you can't fast fast for three days a week, three weeks a week or as soon as possible.
