Living with yoga

'Yoga' The word itself is very popular these days. This is an ancient science that has always been a benefactor of human thought and body. With its history in India dating back more than 2,500 years, Patanjali's term comes from the Sanskrit word "Yuja", meaning to connect or culminate. It is a combination of thought and body and nature. There are many different types of yoga, mainly in five forms, namely Gnyana Yoga [Yoga through knowledge], Bhakti Yoga [Yoga through dedication], Karma Yoga [Yoga through action], Raja Yoga [Royal or High Yoga] and Hath Yoga [ Yoga by balance against the body principle]. They are different rooms that are connected to each other under the same roof.

In the past few years, a possible misunderstanding has entered the minds of the general public. People think that yoga is just a complex set of body movements and postures that make the body flexible. Yes, it does make the body as flexible as rubber, but it's not just a set of fitness skills. Yoga is about connecting yourself to the spiritual level. It is about getting a body posture and keeping this position as long as one's body allows, remembering that a person should not force himself to keep such a position beyond the time allowed by the body.

Yoga explores the healthy nature of human consciousness. The only mystery that prevents humans from moving further into mental health is ignorance of the same mental entity. Everyone is born with this self-destructive fragmentation process and is constantly increasing due to lack of professional help. Only with the right amount of knowledge can you become a professional. Oh! This won't happen because the enemy of knowledge is not ignorance, but the illusion of knowledge. People here and there claim that they are the best of this art form, but they don't realize that yoga is about a person's spiritual well-being, not the highest level of qualification for his/her qualifications.

A comparative study of Yogic texts with modern sciences in physics, chemistry, biology, and psychology conceives many questions. Yoga has always been advocated as a way of life; a mentally motivated mind and body preparation. Patanjali is deeply influenced by the literary works of Sankhya Yoga and does not take this transcendental, happy or “self-dissolving” experience seriously. Therefore, the effectiveness of yoga practice for the average person should be assessed at a broader level of health and fitness.
